Sessions are scheduled in advance
Clients are allowed to reschedule sessions 1 time free of charge, only if requested 2 working days in advance
- Rescheduled sessions need to be scheduled within 5 working days, after the initial date
- If not rescheduled within 5 working days, the particular session will be auto-cancelled
Requesting to reschedule a specific session for a second time is not possible, it will result in an automatic cancellation
Cancelled sessions are non refundable (time or money)

Training courses are usually customized to the business needs of a specific company
Rescheduling of a training cours
- If a training was agreed for onsite; the cost of travel & hotel and other expenses will be charged, irrelevant of timing of the rescheduling request
- Rescheduling 1+ month prior to training date
  - If the proposed rescheduled date is within 4 weeks no additional charge
  - If the proposed reschedule date is outside of the 4 weeks there is a 25% charge of the total training cost
- Rescheduling less than 2-4 weeks to training date
  - If the proposed rescheduled date is within 4 weeks, there is an additional charge of 25%
  - If the proposed reschedule date is outside of the 4 weeks there is a 50% charge of the total training cost
- Rescheduling less than 0-2 weeks to training date
  - If the proposed rescheduled date is within 4 weeks, there is an additional charge of 50%
  - If the proposed reschedule date is outside of the 4 weeks there is a 50% charge of the total training cost

Cancellation of training course
If a training was agreed for onsite; the cost of travel & hotel and other expenses will be charged, irrelevant of timing of the rescheduling request
- Cancellation 1+ month before training date: 25% charge of the total amount
- Cancellation 2-4 weeks before the training date: 50% charge of the total amount
- Cancellation 1-2 weeks before the training date: 75% charge of the total amount
- Cancellation 0-1 week before the training date: 100% charge of the total amount
