Next to her work experience in corporate life, following various training on coaching leadership and communication, Laurence has also completed the Social Pedagogical Assistance training. This study includes the following elements: Sociology, Psychology, Ethics, Emotional Intelligence, Multi-Ethnic Coexistence, Organizational Studies, which she also applies as subjects during coaching.

During her own career development and years of managing large groups of executives it was clear that there is a large knowledge gap and support from the corporate world, especially for people who are new to their role, or who are stuck in management positions.

In addition to life coaching and mentoring, she has developed a coaching program that is applicable for the different management levels (Team Leaders, Managers and Directors), in which tools and strategies are introduced in a chronological order, which are immediately applicable.
